Empower drives deliberate innovation using three strategies:

A select group whose focus is on the peripheries of the media industry. They keep Empower on the edge of innovation and updated on the ever-changing media landscape.
Systematic Inventive Thinking (SIT)
A process by which we engineer new ideas to address challenges. We apply it to media plans, consumer insights, and product development. We work collaboratively with clients to incorporate SIT into their own planning.
A platform for employees to engage with each other around emerging research, improved processes and developing points of view.
A speaker series that brings experts from completely unrelated fields to our campus. They share their challenges, achievements and perspective with our employees, giving everyone a broader outlook on how we can address challenges for our clients.
Remind our employees of the power of storytelling by allowing them to share five-minute personal stories with the entire company. This experience prepares them to communicate via storytelling rather than by simply giving a report.
