MAY 23, 2008 The Digital Analytics & Search Manager will
lead the Digital Analytics and Search Team. As an analyst, the manager will have
a deep understanding on how to measure and analyze the effectiveness of digital
marketing campaigns against business goals, campaign metrics and ROI.
Responsibilities will include research, design, analysis of data and its
translation to actionable recommendations.
As Search Manager, responsibilities will include developing the strategy for SEM
and SEO recommendations to clients. The Search Manager will lead the direction
for implementation of Paid Search campaigns and provide topline strategic
analysis of campaigns.
The Digital Marketing Analytics & Search Manager is an integral part of the
Digital Team and works with Digital Planning and Buying, Growth and KII
(research) teams to assist in media planning and campaign development. The
Digital Analytics & Search Manager will be able to work with Empower research
(KII) to develop proprietary tools.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
• Attend Client Team planning meetings as
needed.
• Provide leadership to team
to recommend, build, report and manage multiple search marketing campaigns.
• Provide leadership of
ongoing digital marketing campaigns, competitive audits and online audience
insights.
• Compile research for Client
Teams as needed, which may include competitive data, promotional opportunities &
emerging opportunities.
• Can write client scopes of
work dealing with SEO and SEM.
• Understands how to partner
with Client Teams to develop Digital marketing strategy.
• Will present with Client
Teams to clients on Digital Analytics, Search marketing and strategy.
• Present and analyze Digital
Media campaign analytics and research.
• Participate in industry
conferences and share updates with the Agency.
• Stay abreast of
industry-wide trends and make recommendations to VP and Digital Director on how
to remain competitive.
Growth
• Assist the Director of
Digital Marketing with new leads and handles growth projects that may come as a
result of a pitch requirement.
KII (research)
• Assist in efforts to foster
collaboration on research projects across departments by aiding in the
development of working processes, methodology, sharing of best practices, vendor
identification and selection.
• Collaborate with KII
(research) to build, execute and analyze digital research projects.
• Work with KII VP to develop
proprietary research tools.

Digital Media Strategist

This role focuses on the management, retention and growth of specific Empower
Digital client plans and, if applicable, career growth of Digital Media
Strategists under their indirect supervision. This position will be able to
educate market (sell), integrate and implement Digital marketing plans or
Empower clients and potential clients. The goal of this position is to develop
and negotiate media marketing plans that meet the client’s marketing objectives,
are cost efficient and deliver results through a solid understanding of Digital
media, negotiating techniques, and market knowledge.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
• Digital Media Strategy: Media Planning &
Buying
• Attends Client Team planning meetings.
• Collaborates with Client Teams to understand and
develop the online strategic target: Be proficient with research tools such as
ComScore, eMarketer, MediaProfessional, and eTelmar
• Builds publisher relationships
• Can develop and negotiate media plans in any Digital
medium including online advertising, email marketing, partnerships and
co-marketing programs and integrated promotions.
• Stays abreast of industry-wide media trends: Is an
expert of a designated topic of focus and shares current research with the team
• Compiles research for Client Teams as needed, which
may include competitive data, promotional opportunities & emerging
opportunities.
• Understands how to partner with Client Teams,
