			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Our Senior Digital Analyst will measure and analyze the effectiveness of digital marketing &amp; advertising campaigns against business goals, campaign metrics and ROI.  This will include research, design, analysis of data and its translation to actionable recommendations.</p>
<p>We are looking for someone who is able to analyze data and make recommendations for how to improve the marketing plan. A key element of success in this position includes the ability to determine not only what can be reported but also the most important data to report.  There will be daily collaboration with our Client Strategy, Search, Digital Display, Media Planning and Buying, Growth and Consumer Insights teams. Client-facing and the ability to easily explain complex data and conclusions is paramount.  Position requires curiosity and self-motivation for staying current in this rapidly evolving industry.</p>
<p><strong> </strong></p>
<p><strong>Skills Knowledge and Abilities: </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience with reporting and analyzing ongoing marketing campaigns, website effectiveness, email campaigns, and other online marketing efforts.</li>
<li>Possess a solid understanding of traditional marketing principles.</li>
</ul>
<p>Specific experience/knowledge (one or more of the following):</p>
<ul>
<li>Google Analytics/Yahoo Analytics</li>
<li>Webtrends</li>
<li>CoreMetrics</li>
<li>Omniture Site Catalyst/Exact Target</li>
<li>Digital tracking/tagging development abilities</li>
<li>General analytical experience tying marketing efforts to business results</li>
</ul>
<p><strong> </strong></p>
<p><strong>Qualifications/Education/Experience: </strong></p>
<p>Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in related field (marketing, statistics, business administration) is desirable.</p>
<p>Minimum 2 years experience in digital marketing analysis/reporting.</p>
<p><strong> </strong></p>
<p><strong>Optional, but preferred Experience/Knowledge: </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Omniture Test &amp; Target or Omniture Insight</li>
<li>Sharepoint</li>
<li>Cognos</li>
<li>Statistical packages such as SPSS or SAS</li>
</ul>

<li>Ability to negotiate and set goals for measuring impact of tactical activities</li>
<li>Prepare marketing strategies to meet changing market conditions</li>
<li>Conduct analysis to identify trends, markets, product offerings and tactics that will increase effectiveness and client revenue</li>
<li>Proven success in planning &amp; researching campaigns, presenting options and persuading the client</li>
<li>Foster and maintain relationships with digital media suppliers to stay current on industry trends</li>
<li>Superior listening and creative problem resolution skills</li>

Our Search Strategist will develop the strategy for SEM, SEO &amp; Web Analytic recommendations. Duties will also include leading the direction for implementation of Paid Search campaigns, and providing top-line strategic analysis of client campaigns. In addition, the strategist will be responsible for reviewing, developing and implementing web analytics solutions.</p>
<p><strong> </strong></p>
<p><strong>Skills Knowledge and Abilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Recommending, building, reporting and managing multiple search marketing campaigns with the goal of flawless execution</li>
<li>Using demonstrated experience analyzing and implementing web analytic tools such as Omniture, Web Trends and Google Analytics to take the Interactive Media &amp; Marketing plan to the next level</li>
<li>Providing leadership with ongoing digital marketing campaigns, competitive audits and online audience insights</li>
<li>Compiling research and providing insight for other internal teams, which may include evaluating competitive data, promotional opportunities &amp; emerging opportunities</li>
<li>Writing client scopes of work dealing with SEO and SEM</li>
<li>Collaborate to produce, present and persuade digital marketing strategy. Demonstrated ability to appropriately convince clients to greater digital innovation is a plus</li>
<li>Present and analyze Digital Media campaign analytics and research</li>
<li>Participate in industry conferences and share updates with the Agency</li>
<li>Stay abreast of industry-wide trends and make recommendations on how to remain competitive</li>
<li>Assist with new leads and growth projects that may come as a result of a pitch requirement</li>
<li>Assist in efforts to foster collaboration on research projects across departments by aiding in the development of working processes, methodology, sharing of best practices, vendor identification and selection</li>
</ul>
<p><strong> </strong></p>
<p><strong>Qualifications/Education/Experience: </strong><br />
Bachelor’s degree, any major with analytical focus and course content</p>
<p>1-3 years SEO and SEM experience preferably in a client centric agency</p>
