To increase online scheduled appointments, Empower implemented a national search marketing campaign across the major engines to leverage Stanley Steemer’s brand equity created through both past and current traditional mass-marketing efforts. Search keywords were centered on core-services and branded terms, including misspellings. The strategy sought to capture consumers at various levels of the purchase funnel and ultimately drive them to the website where they can schedule an appointment. Additionally, search texts ads prominently featured the 1-800-STEEMER number to leverage un-clicked, free, impressions served through search marketing. Finally, conversion tracking was implemented to aid in keyword optimization to further understand user behavior and tailor the search campaign to increase appointments.
