WORD OF MOUTH MARKETING (WOMM) PRACTICE LEADER
Title: Group Director or VP

Empower MediaMarketing (EMM) is seeking a Word of Mouth Marketing (WOMM) Practice Leader to: (1) lead and grow the agency’s WOMM Practice, (2) elevate the agency’s WOMM competency and confidence and (3) help advance the agency toward its long-term vision and goals.

Summary of Responsibilities & Expectations:
In this role, the ideal candidate will be accountable to three critical objectives:

1. Responsibilities and expectations in more detail:

  • Lead and grow the agency’s WOMM Practice
    • Create/ build on the Practice’s vision, philosophy, methodology and offering

SENIOR PROGRAM MANAGER   

Empower MediaMarketing (Empower) is seeking a Senior Program Manager to elevate the agency’s ability to deliver work in a best in class manner and help push the agency toward its long-term vision and goals.

THE ROLE:

The ideal Senior Program Management candidate is responsible for leading cross-functional teams in execution of concurrent projects for multiple clients. The Senior Program Manager at Empower guides and directs internal teams while also serving as a proactive single point of internal team members. The Senior Program Manager should be comfortable working with internal teams, estimating and planning, managing budgets, developing contracts and executing work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assume responsibility for planning, directing, and coordinating activities for primarily for Word of Mouth and Digital Marketing projects as well as Media projects
  • Work with internal teams to create project estimates and timelines

SUPPORT SERVICES COORDINATOR

Empower MediaMarketing (EMM) has an immediate opening of Support Services Coordinator. This role requires strong data entry skills with accuracy being key to success. The Support Services Coordinator embraces change, is an avid learner and is able to quickly pick up new concepts, tools and technologies. This role will participate in weekly status meetings and provide an administrative support function to the account teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manages all trafficking, budgeting, invoicing and competitive reporting needs on multiple client accounts
  • Ensures client invoices and related documents such as flowcharts and budgets are accurate and processed expeditiously
  • Assists in the development of buy summaries as well as ensuring the distribution summaries are sent to all partners as directed
  • Takes initiative to seek out answers to client/internal requests with appropriate urgency in a service-oriented manner
  • Fosters a good working relationship with clients and internal partners, either through direct contact or in support of client needs
  • Serves as an additional quality control stop-gap on client deliverables
  • Maintains account team project timelines and due dates.
  • Demonstrated work experience in meeting client contractual requirements; high attention to detail and demonstrated accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications

JUNIOR DATABASE DEVELOPER – CINCINNATI

Empower is looking for a Junior Database Developer who has experience creating and maintaining SQL systems by aggregating data from multiple sources as well as building and maintaining complex databases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and enhance the existing systems (what are they), data imports, and views
  • Develop client and vendor ETL jobs that meet provided specifications
  • Work with team to conceive, develop, and maintain solutions
  • Perform quality checks on reports and exports to ensure exceptional quality
  • Monitor job and transfer queues to ensure they are functioning as expected

BROADCAST SPECIALIST

The Broadcast Specialist position is responsible for assisting in the strategic development and execution of client media plans based on business goals and objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Learn and demonstrate familiarity with basic media vocabulary, math, buying process and is exposed to planning principles
  • Assist with placing buys and executing added value
  • Stewarding audio and video campaigns, including negotiating and processing make goods, processing all invoice discrepancies and post campaign reporting
  • Establish clear communication with all appropriate teams
  • Check all contracts to ensure that proper schedule, dollars, and times are booked. Solve any contract discrepancies prior to start date

The Programmatic Buying Associate uses cutting edge technology, data integrations, and an organized, methodical approach to help bring automated advertising campaigns to life. Day-to-day duties will vary.  Description of our role:

    • Primary responsibility: measuring and analyzing the effectiveness of advertising campaigns against business goals, campaign metrics and ROI, i.e.: doing research design, analysis of data and its translation to actionable recommendations.
    • Being able to analyze data is only half the battle as the Analyst should be able to make recommendations for how to improve the marketing plan based on this analysis.

We’re looking for a mid-level Copywriter who is a creative thinker and who is as comfortable writing short-form, high-impact headlines as he/ she is digging in and writing long-form and social communications.

Key Responsibilities

The Copywriter will be responsible for conceptualizing, writing and editing marketing, editorial and social content for multiple audiences across a variety of digital and offline channels.
