Job responsibilities

  • Practice Leader representing finance, accounting, client financial services ( billing) and advertising operations.

THE ROLE:

THE ROLE:

The focus of this position is primarily on maintaining a high-quality user experience, ensuring that the platform creates value for end-users and delivers on the intended audience’s expectations. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Account Management and Client Accountability:
    • Develop in-depth expertise in clients’ business and markets.
    • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact with client to ensure an ongoing rapport and insight into their business.
    • Check accuracy of client documents and presentation materials, as needed.

The Programmatic Buying Specialist pushes the envelope of technological capability in bringing automated advertising campaigns to life. Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Senior Social Content Specialist for Empower’s WOMM team to focus on content planning within social on large-scale and multi-faceted campaigns. This position has a focus on social content & campaign planning and activations across all major social platforms. Prior hands on experience in social is a must. The Senior Social Content Specialist will also need to demonstrate an ability to create tactical plans that align with their client’s strategic goals and can support and present those plans to internal stakeholders and clients.

ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

We have an immediate opening for a Web Developer within Empower MediaMarketing’s technology practice. This position is responsible for website/web application development, as well as custom development in marketing automation platforms to support CRM programs. You will be mentored by our technology practice leader and set on a path with high growth potential within the practice and agency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Developing front-end user interfaces
  • Developing HTML email campaigns
  • Loading and formatting content into content management systems
  • Working with creative team on website and email campaign designs
  • Working with digital marketing communications team on optimizations, SEO strategy, and content marketing initiatives
  • Working with client teams to understand project requirements and enhancement requests

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Diploma or Degree holder in IT or any related field
  • Experience in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
  • Experience in HTML email development with knowledge of best practices
  • Experience in desktop and mobile front-end development
  • Attention to detail; prioritizes quality over speed
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Quick learner and ability to work independently

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in Photoshop, especially slicing design files for web assets
  • Experience with jQuery, SASS, gulp, bash
  • Understanding responsive and adaptive design, progressive enhancement techniques
  • Understanding accessibility
  • Understanding site optimization techniques
  • Experience using AJAX techniques
  • Experience with PHP and/or .NET (backend code)
  • Experience with WordPress (other CMS’s are also a plus)
  • Experience with SQL databases (MySQL and/or SQL Server)
  • Experience working with web hosting companies and deploying to remote servers
  • Experience animating HTML5 banner ads
  • Experience in data visualization
  • Understanding e-commerce site development
  • Experience with any JavaScript framework (Angular, React, etc.)

Our Digital Media Associate will learn the terminology, tools, and techniques we use at Empower to motivate consumers to purchase our clients’ brands in a complicated, evolving digital landscape. The Associate plays a supporting role on the Digital Media team.

Digital Media Associates assist Digital Media Specialists in:

  • Building an understanding of a brand’s customers and competitors
  • Developing consideration sets for advertising opportunities
  • Working with media partners and overseeing the Request for Proposal process
  • Executing approved advertising campaigns, including budgeting, billing, trafficking, creative quality assurance, and campaign launch
  • Stewarding digital media campaigns
  • Regular reporting on digital media campaign effectiveness
