The Data Management Associate is responsible for the organization, management and analysis of data flowing through the Data Management Platform (DMP) within Empower’s programmatic buying solution, ClearTrade®. The candidate will become well versed in Empower’s DMP tools and data partnerships to recommend and implement the right data for activation in clients’ advertising campaigns. The candidate will work closely with the buying team to ensure proper data flow to buying platforms. The Associate will generate reports, analyze data, build custom audiences, and recommend data uses to buyers based on client or agency objectives.


  • Manage the storage of 1st, 2nd and 3rd party data in Empower’s DMP
    • This includes the organization, management and creation of:
      • DMP taxonomy
      • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) files
      • Tracking tags
      • Target audiences
      • Brand personas/profiles
    • Responsible for on-boarding new data partners and vendors to the DMP
    • Monitors data warehouse to ensure data is tracking

The VP of Account Service will be responsible for the overall strategy and execution of all marketing channels to drive business, increase awareness, engagement and conversion for our clients. This individual is the conduit from the agency to the client. The right candidate should be a strategic and disciplined thinker and have a broad understanding of research, marketing and brand strategy, brand activation/execution, Word of Mouth Marketing, digital, content, media, measurement and analytics. This role will be responsible for directing our clients’ budget toward the most profitable long-term strategies that drive results for our clients. He/She will keep the work flowing into the agency, by establishing good relationships with clients and, constantly, keeping temperature on the quality of the work.
