Health Insurance is available to all eligible employees and their dependents. There are multiple plans available to meet employee needs.

Life and Accidental Death or Dismemberment Insurance is provided by Empower MediaMarketing. Employees working 30 or more hours per week are automatically covered under this group life insurance policy.

Supplemental Voluntary Life Insurance is available for purchase by eligible employees for themselves and their dependents.

Long Term Disability is provided to all eligible employees.

Flexible Spending Accounts are available and allow employees to set aside pre-tax money to help pay for eligible medical and dependent care expenses.

Health Savings Accounts are offered to employees enrolling in a specific medical plan. This allows you to set aside pre-tax money to help pay for eligible medical expenses. This plan also allows the rollover of unused funds from year to year to save for future healthcare needs.

Our Employee Assistance Program is a free, confidential, and easily accessible professional counseling service for all employees.

The 401(k) plan is funded by contributions from Empower as well as from its employees. Through pre-tax payroll deductions you can save a percentage of your salary up to the IRS maximum.

Tuition Reimbursement helps promote each employee’s professional growth. Empower will reimburse employees for a portion of their tuition for pre-approved coursework.

Paid Time Off is accrued based upon the number of hours worked each pay period and length of time with the company.
