Independent Media Agency Bolsters Creative Offering – Acquires PROCLAMATION
CINCINNATI (November 10, 2016) Empower MediaMarketing, one of the nation’s largest independent media agencies is redefining what it means to be a media agency. Today the agency announced the hire of Jeff Warman as Chief Creative Officer and the acquisition of PROCLAMATION, a brand movement agency founded by Warman and Dhani Jones.
Warman started his career in New York developing documentary films at CBS News and later moved to Cincinnati. Most known for his meaningful brand storytelling work for the Muhammad Ali Center, Under Armour®, the LIVESTRONG Foundation and the iconic youth-led movement, stand, for The Ohio Tobacco Prevention Foundation, Warman brings award-winning creative firepower to Empower.

PROCLAMATION and Empower have always had good chemistry together. Most notably, they’ve shared the Formica® Brand Laminate account for the last year and worked on similar CPG brands.

Warman and Dhani Jones founded PROCLAMATION four years ago in Cincinnati. Together, they made PROCLAMATION a brand movement agency whose purpose was to create messaging and content for brands that consumers would find meaningful and make part of their lives. Warman and Jones brought this to life for companies and brands such as French’s® Mustard, NFL, Cincinnati Children’s™, P&G™ and NEHEMIAH Manufacturing Co., which licenses Downy Wrinkle Releaser® and Febreze,® In-Wash Odor Eliminator.
Jones will serve as a consultant for Empower. Many know and love Jones for his career in the NFL as a linebacker and defensive captain for the Cincinnati Bengals. He also played for the New York Giants and Philadelphia Eagles. Jones is a well-respected entrepreneur and philanthropist who has worked with many well-known brands over the years and who started BowTie Cause and the BowTie Foundation years ago after a friend of his was diagnosed with cancer. Many recognize his signature bowties as a way to create awareness for philanthropic causes.
