Independent media agency Empower MediaMarketing proudly recognizes Mitch Dunn’s 10 years of leadership in building a culture of innovation by promoting him to senior vice president of strategic planning.

Working across paid, owned and earned media, with a steadfast focus on business results, Mitch leads cross-functional teams that have been responsible for many company firsts. These include integrated approaches to contextual planning, gamification, online promotions and online community development.

Dunn joined Empower in 2004 overseeing client strategy and supporting clients with their media plans. In 2009 he moved into a digital marketing role where he created Empower’s Deliberate Innovation Council. This team fosters creative problem solving and strategic thinking to stay ahead of the competition. Prior to his promotion, Dunn served as vice president of strategy.
