VP, Digital Integration

The Vice President, Digital Integration is an experienced digital media leader with 15+ years’ experience in the digital media space. The VP will be responsible for developing and building the Digital Integration practice of 14+ digital leaders. The VP is experienced across search, social, programmatic and digital analytics. The right person is dynamite in a room, can tell a story in front of clients and understands the difference between data and insights. The VP has client diplomacy, strong presentation and communication skills and a proven track record of developing and growing a team. The VP will be responsible for developing and crafting the digital integration practice, along with digital thought leadership and new business responsibilities. 


Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing and developing a senior team including 1:1s; continuous feedback; annual performance reviews and development plans 
  • Building relationships and maintaining contact with key client leaders and key agency leaders
  • Develops thought leadership at the client and industry level
  • Proactively provide direct feedback to team members to improve the quality of work provided to clients and client teams
  • Regularly consults with Business Unit Leadership, Agency Leadership and Departments to drive digital cohesiveness across the Actively participates in new business 

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing or related field 
  • 15+ years’ of digital media experience, specifically search, social, programmatic or digital integration
  • Familiarity with planning tools (e.g. comScore, MRI, flowchart tools, web analytics)
  • Experience and broad exposure across digital media platforms such as bid management, PMPs, DSPs, analytics, etc
