Empower’s Buying Operations Specialists play a central role in supporting the Investment Practice – they are adept in the activating, stewarding and reporting of media campaigns. In this role, the Specialist supports the Investment Team via the on-time delivery and management of creative assets, campaign reporting and financial management. The Specialist has a deep understanding of media and the inner workings of a media agency, the linear ecosystem, traffic management systems, such as Extreme Reach, as well as project management skills and tools.

  • Working with clients to develop creative asset specifications and delivery timelines to ensure on-time campaign launch
  • Working with creative agencies, and publishers Standards and Practices department to secure creative approval
  • Working with client and client teams to calculate trafficking fees
  • Working with Client Financial Services to audit and approve traffic invoices
  • Working in Extreme Reach to send creative assets and instructions to publishers
  • General support of Digital and Broadcast media teams
  • Ability to QA creative assets
  • Ability to act as mediator between Empower, clients, publishers, and vendors

  • Work experience in media agency setting or related field
  • Experience with broadcast trafficking systems i.e., Extreme Reach
  • Experience with tools such as: Asana, Mediaocean and Prisma
  • Experience in a professional environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel
  • Associate Degree+ in advertising or related field
