In this role, the Specialist supports the Investment Team via the on-time delivery and management of creative assets, campaign reporting and financial management. The Specialist has a deep understanding of media and the inner workings of a media agency, the digital ecosystem, ad-serving, google campaign manager and is proficient in processing data from various sources in Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Working in ad server environments to build and traffic campaigns
  • Working in financial management systems to set and maintain accurate spending and invoicing
  • Working in ad server and media partner environments to compile client reports
  • General support for Digital and Broadcast media teams
  • Proficient in creative management tagging set-up
  • Implementing proper asset management and naming conventions to ensure on-time campaign launch and reporting
  • Ability to QA creative assets

Qualifications, Education & Experience

  • Strong, proven competency with Microsoft Excel
  • Sharp attention to detail
  • Organized, thoughtful approach to prioritizing work and completing tasks
  • Strong work ethic
  • Proven ability to handle multiple assignments in high pressure environments
  • Willingness to take on any task, small or big
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a working environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively with many different personality types
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to act as mediator between Empower, clients, publishers, and vendors
  • Media agency experience or experience in ad ops on the publisher side
  • Experience with digital ad serving systems, search marketing systems, broadcast trafficking systems is a plus
  • Experience with: Prisma, Google Campaign Manager, Flashtalking, Marin, AdWords, Facebook, and Mediaocean
  • Experience in a professional environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel
  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel Skills
