The Integrated Planner brings Creative Media to life by developing and stewarding the agency’s client output from the Activation Department (media planners/buyers, influencer marketing experts, and social media). The Integrated Planner supports a Media Planning Director across a range of upstream planning activities all the way through writing buy specs and checking buys to planning for optimizations while in-flight. They collaborate with a core team that also includes Client Service,  Analytics, Creative, and Strategy. This person is responsible for bringing holistic, innovative, and data-driven thinking to our work. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Has a general understanding of all channels and offerings and understandings how they deliver on strategy

• Assist in crafting Brief and working against the established strategic framework  

• Partner with Analytics for audience, category, and competitive data to develop insights that support plan rationale and develop the measurement approach 

• Communicate thoroughly with Activation to build strong, data-driven, innovative, and high-performing plans for clients 

• Assist in building recommendations to senior internal teams and clients 

• Owns day-to-day plan revisions and maintenance 

• Translate plans to buying teams to ensure flawless execution against the plan, including assisting in writing buy specifications and double-checking buys against those specs 

• Actively engage in optimizations, testing, and key reporting initiatives 

• Work with teams to develop tactical plan presentations 

• Merchandise the agency through quality assurance and enthusiasm for our work 

• Travel up to 10% 


•     1-2 years agency experience in media buying or planning role 

•      Direct experience with planning tools like Nielsen, SQAD, MRI, Scarborough, MediaTools, and or Lumina 

•      Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint 

•      Curious and proactive

•      Organized, able to multi-task and prioritize across a team

•      Highly numbers oriented with attention to detail

•      Confident and assertive
