Kathi Stevens Joins Empower as VP, Intelligence
CINCINNATI (February 13, 2020) – Creative Media Agency, Empower welcomes Kathi Stevens as its Vice President of Intelligence.

Stevens will lead a robust team of data scientists while collaborating with Creative on intelligent storytelling. Under her leadership, client teams are set up for success armed with key human truths that help spearhead and optimize the media plan.

“The more approachable you make analytics, the more compelling the insights are,” said Stevens. “I like to dig in and make the data feel tangible. I’m a Cincinnati native and have watched Empower evolve into not only becoming the largest agency in town, but a nationally respected independent known for trust and transparency – company values I identify with,” she said.

Prior to joining Empower, Stevens led the analytics team at IRI responsible for delivering Marketing Mix Models. Her data and measurement roots are grounded in years of consumer research. She’s also worked at Comscore, Inc. Past clients include P&G, Unilever, Bayer, Hormel, Hershey, Nestle and Starbucks.
