Jim Price
How would you describe your leadership qualities?
I’m an entrepreneur at heart. I’m passionate about creating for the future and building solutions for unmet challenges resulting in new products for Empower. I love mentoring and investing in start-ups in Cincinnati and seeking to understand the D2C era for future product inventions.
Why was it important to you to acquire Empower from founder (and mother) Mary Beth Price in 2019?
I’m a leader who’s all in. And to continue to lead with purpose and long-term vision I had to own it. Being a visionary leader has helped Empower achieve steady YOY growth for 35 years.
We always do what’s in the best interest of the client. We possess the agility and flexibility that clients crave and holding companies struggle to provide.
How does Empower’s independence provide a competitive edge?
We answer to ourselves – not shareholders. We always do what’s in the best interest of the client. We possess the agility and flexibility that clients crave and holding companies struggle to provide. As our agency business grows so do our client’s businesses – never remaining stagnant.
