Lisa joined Empower in April 2023 as EVP, Managing Director in Atlanta. She began her career at Leo Burnett in Chicago on the United Airlines account, after graduating from Northwestern University.

After moving to Atlanta in 1994, Lisa began a 20-year run at Rubin Postaer & Associates (RPA), working on Honda, Acura, United Healthcare, La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries, MGM Studios, Charles Schwab and American Century. Lisa started as Regional Broadcast Manager for 45 markets in the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic regions. Over her tenure at RPA she rose to Associate Director, VP, and ultimately SVP, Director Local Media Investment, managing 93 Associates across seven regional offices and $435 million in media billings. Lisa sat on the AAAA’s Local TV and Radio Committee, the RPA Management Committee and managed all client local investment for the agency.

Lisa spent the past 8 years at MBI, a media and marketing firm based in Atlanta. She formed and managed the Integrated Media Services team, handling media research, strategy, planning and buying for traditional and emerging media. Lisa worked directly with local and national clients, providing targeted media solutions focused on results-oriented business growth. Her expertise includes merging digital and traditional media channels for full-funnel support and targeting. Clients included RumChata, Allerease, SAIA, Trinchero/Sutter Home Wines, Belgard/Old Castle, RaceTrac and Big Green Egg.
