A well-rounded leader and guiding light to both colleagues and clients, Megan has climbed the ranks throughout her 18+ year career at Empower. She leads one of Empower’s five business units overseeing the Brooks Running and Gorilla Glue/ O’Keeffe’s relationships and has led the business for brands including Famous Footwear, Dremel, OneSight, The Kroger Company, Western & Southern, Meijer, Mederma, Check ‘n Go, Lane Bryant, Cincinnati Bell, Biltmore, and more. 

An Empower-lifer, Megan serves as an agency extension of her client teams, advocating for them and using Empower resources to reach goals and maximize ROI. She believes in the power of data and prides herself on using it to glean insights that produce areas of business opportunity.  

Megan’s deep media knowledge across traditional, digital, and the workings of advanced attribution models, like Empower’s Marketing Impact Models, make her an invaluable leader in the room. 

Outside of work, you’re likely to find Megan amongst her family (she is one of seven) or rooting for her University of Michigan Wolverines.
