Tim Glover, an award-winning veteran of the company for 18 years, has fulfilled many roles including media planning & buying, digital strategy, and account leadership – all while maintaining a media-agnostic approach. Tim also built Empower’s first digital media team from the ground up.
He’s worked with brands such as Jack Link’s, PetSmart, Brooks, Formica, Meijer, Shaw Floors, Hoover, and Gorilla Glue. Most recently, Tim has designed and spearheaded SpringBoard – Empower’s proven program designed to make onboarding new business seamless and consistent.
Why have you spent the bulk of your career at Empower?
Empower has felt like family since day one. Many new doors have opened over the years for me enabling me to wear many hats and continually grow my experience and marketing knowledge – all while embracing my entrepreneurial spirit.
What’s your icebreaker story?
I had my 15 minutes of fame as a contestant on The Price Is Right. And I won.

What brands are you most passionate about?
Ever since I built my first home, I’ve been curious about the home category. Fortunately, I’ve been able to blend personal passionate points with work – leading accounts for Shaw Floors, Champion Windows, HGTV HOME, Formica, Gorilla Glue, and others.
